You retain full ownership of your photographs, family information, and any other content you place into the application.
STRABUN does not acquire ownership of your archive or personal content.
3. Google Drive Authorization
You authorize STRABUN to access and manage the Google Drive files and folders necessary to provide the application functionality.
4. Development Status
STRABUN is currently under development and functionality may change as the application evolves.
5. User Backups
Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important original material.
6. Google Services
Google Drive availability and your Google account are controlled by Google, not ConGeoTech.
7. "As Is" and "As Available"
The software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Operation and Restoration Disclaimers
ConGeoTech cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every scanner or computer, or complete restoration of damaged photographs.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ConGeoTech's total liability arising out of or relating to your use of STRABUN shall be limited to the amount paid by you (if any) to ConGeoTech for the Software. ConGeoTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data.
10. Acceptable Use
Users must not misuse the application or use it unlawfully.
11. Changes to Terms
These Terms may change as the application evolves. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
